Welcome to A SPACE Home Design. By accessing our website, purchasing our products, or using any digital resources provided through our shop, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
Digital Products
A SPACE Home Design sells digital products, including but not limited to interior design templates, color palettes, renovation guides, client-facing presentation tools, documentation systems, downloadable files, and Canva-linked resources.
By purchasing a digital product, you acknowledge that no physical item will be shipped. Access instructions, download links, or template links will be provided digitally.
License for Use
All digital products purchased from A SPACE Home Design are for personal or internal business use only.
You may use our products to support your own design process, renovation planning, client presentations, project organization, or internal documentation.
You may not resell, redistribute, reproduce, share, publish, transfer, sublicense, or claim ownership of any A SPACE Home Design product, template, guide, color palette, documentation system, design framework, or proprietary method.
Designers, builders, contractors, and other professionals may use purchased resources with their own clients as part of their professional services, but may not resell, repackage, or distribute the original files as standalone products.
Intellectual Property
All content, templates, layouts, designs, written materials, guides, color palettes, product concepts, images, branding, and The A SPACE Method™ are the intellectual property of A SPACE Home Design unless otherwise stated.
Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the original design, intellectual property, brand assets, methods, or source materials.
Canva and Third-Party Platforms
Some products may include Canva links or require access to Canva or another third-party platform. A SPACE Home Design is not responsible for changes, limitations, outages, pricing, account restrictions, or technical issues caused by Canva or any third-party platform.
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have access to the required software, platform, or app before purchasing.
No Professional Construction, Legal, or Engineering Advice
Our digital resources are intended for educational, organizational, planning, and design guidance purposes only. They do not replace professional advice from a licensed architect, engineer, contractor, building official, attorney, or other qualified professional.
Customers are responsible for verifying all dimensions, materials, codes, installation methods, construction requirements, contractor instructions, and project decisions with the appropriate licensed professionals.
Product Results
A SPACE Home Design provides premium design resources intended to support clearer planning, better communication, and more elevated project execution. However, we do not guarantee specific project outcomes, cost savings, construction results, contractor performance, resale value, or design results.
Final results depend on user decisions, site conditions, contractor execution, material availability, budget, installation quality, and other factors outside of our control.
Refunds and Cancellations
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.

Prohibited Use
