A SPACE Home Design currently sells digital products only. No physical products will be shipped.
Our digital products may include, but are not limited to, interior design templates, color palettes, renovation guides, client-facing presentation tools, documentation systems, downloadable files, Canva-linked resources, and other digital design materials.
After your purchase is completed, access instructions, download links, template links, or digital delivery information will be provided electronically through the checkout confirmation page, email, or digital delivery system.
Please make sure the email address entered at checkout is correct, as this is where your order confirmation and digital product access information may be sent.
Because all products are delivered digitally, there are no shipping charges, shipping methods, physical delivery timelines, or tracking numbers associated with your order.
If you do not receive your digital product access information within a reasonable time after purchase, please check your spam, junk, or promotions folder first. If you still cannot locate your order email or access link, contact us at info@aspacehomedesign.com with your order number and checkout email address.
A SPACE Home Design is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect email addresses, email filtering, customer account access issues, third-party platform outages, Canva access issues, or technical limitations outside of our control. However, we will make reasonable efforts to help resolve digital access or delivery issues.
