Refund policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final.
A SPACE Home Design does not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations for digital products once an order has been placed and access has been provided. This includes, but is not limited to, digital templates, design guides, color palettes, renovation resources, documentation systems, downloadable files, and Canva-linked products.
By purchasing from our shop, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a digital product and that no physical item will be shipped.
Please review all product descriptions, images, included features, file types, access instructions, and compatibility details carefully before completing your purchase. If you have any questions before purchasing, please contact us at info@aspacehomedesign.com.
If you experience an issue accessing your digital product, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to help resolve access or delivery issues.
Refunds will not be issued for:
- change of mind
- accidental purchases
- failure to read the product description
- lack of software, app, or Canva access required to use the product
- misunderstanding that the product is digital
- inability to customize or use the template after access has been provided
- duplicate purchases, unless approved at our sole discretion before files are accessed
